Amendment to the Mutual Fund Scheme and the subscription of Unit Linked product for SCBGOLDFUND

          SCB Asset Management Company Limited (SCBAM) would like to notify unitholders that SCBAM has obtained the approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (the SEC Office) on July 31st, 2020 to amend the mutual fund scheme regarding the purchase of unit linked product and additional name lists of the Fund’s auditor, details as follows:

Adding information of the purchase of unit linked to provide an alternative to unitholders to purchase unit linked product.  The life insurance company will take the money of unitholders who purchase the life insurance policy to invest in the funds. The unitholders who want to invest through the channel of unit linked product have to contact the insurance company or its agents directly.

The Fund’s auditor:

Adding name lists of the Fund’s auditor

         In addition, SCBAM would like to notify that unit linked of SCBGOLDFUND accumulation share class (SCBGOLD) is now opened for subscription via Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited where front-end and switching-in fee are waived, effective 3rd August 2020 until further notice.

         The amendments do not have any impact on the rights of the unitholders at all.  Unitholders may contact Customer Relations at Tel. 0-2777-7777 ext. 0 ext. 6 during business days between 08.30 – 17.00 for any further inquiry.
