Procedures for the Purchase of Unit Trusts
1. Fill Out the Purchase Order Form
Individual Supporting documents authenticated with signature
• Copy of ID
• Copy of House Registration
• Copy of Tax ID
• Copy of Savings or Current Account with Siam Commercial Bank Public Co., Ltd.
• Others (if any)
Juristic Person Supporting documents authenticated with signature
• Registration of Juristic Person
• Memorandum of Association
• Minutes of Board of Directors' Meeting
• Copy of ID of Board of Director / Authorized Director
• Copy of ID of Shareholders owning a stake of 20% or more
• Copy of List of Shareholders (Bo Or Jor 5 Por)
• Copy of Power of Attorney
• Copy of Savings or Current Account with Siam Commercial Bank Public Co., Ltd.
• Others (if any)
2. Examine details of the fund you wish to invest in (see Summary Prospectus)
3. Fill out Purchase Order Form and display your ID
4. Place the order as follows:
Payment Methods for Purchase of Unit Trusts Detail
1. Cash payment or bank transfer Counter of bank or selling agent.
2. Payment by cheque or cashier's cheque payable to ( for bank) • For open end funds, make cheque payable to "Siam Commercial Bank for Purchase of Open End Fund (specify fund name)" or "Open End Fund Purchase Account for (specify fund name)"
• When subscribing to an initial public offering (IPO) of a fund, make cheque payable to "Subscription account of SCBAM open end fund ..... (specify fund name) .... (specify subscriber's name)"

Note:
Crossed cheque must be within same cheque clearing zone as branch where purchase order is placed.
3. Payment by cheque / cashier's cheque payable to (for SCBAM / Selling Agents) • For open end funds (no fixed maturity), make cheque payable to "Subscription Account for Funds of SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd."
• For initial public offering of funds, make cheque payable to "IPO Subscription Account of Funds for Funds of SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd."

Note:
Crossed cheque for payment must be in same cheque clearing zone as bank branch where subscription is made
4. Payment via SCB Credit Card (LTF and RMF funds only) • Name of purchaser must be identical to name on credit card used.
• Order may be placed at bank's outlet or at Easy Fund within SCB Easy Net
5. Purchase through automated investment plan (Planning Order) • Automatic deduction from Savings Account or Current Account at Siam Commercial Bank; deduction is made on the 26th of the month. You may specify whether to deduct monthly or as indicated otherwise.

Instruction may be placed through Siam Commercial Bank's various channels.
5. Receive purchase confirmation from SCBAM or Selling Agent
6. Receive a Unitholder Certificate
Funds With Fund Book Service Other Funds Without Fund Book Service
1. SCBSFF / SCBTMF unitholders may either choose to receive a Fund Book or obtain a Unitholder Certificate (a certificate of ownership) . As such, Unitholders opting for a Fund Book will not be sent a Unitholder Certificate. For most Open End Funds, the unitholders will receive a Unitholder Certificate via postal mail within 7 working days after date of transaction.
2. SCBRMF/ SCBLTF unitholders may either choose to receive Fund Books or obtain a Unitholder Certificate (a certificate of ownership) . As such, Unitholders opting for a Fund Book will not be sent a Unitholder Certificate.
3. Term Funds (Close End Funds) Fund Book may either choose to receive a Fund Book or obtain a Unitholder Certificate (a certificate of ownership) . As such, Unitholders opting for a Fund Book will not be sent a Unitholder Certificate.
 

Placing an Order to Sell Unit Trusts (Redemption)

Procedures for the Sale of Unit Trusts
1. Fill Out the Redemption Order Form
2. Supporting Documents
Individual • Copy of ID
• Unitholder Certificate / Statement of Unit Trust Holdings (if any)
Juristic Person • Registration of Juristic Person
• Copy of ID of Board of Director / Authorized Director
• Power of Attorney (if any)
• Unitholder Certificate / Statement of Unit Trust Holdings (if any)
3. Proceeds from redemption of units
1) Deposit into Savings Account or Current Account at The Siam Commercial Bank Pcl. or the other banks (as specified)
    - The Kasikornbank Pcl.
    - Bangkok Bank Pcl.
    - TMB Bank Pcl.
    - Bank of Ayudhya Pcl.
2) Receive Siam Commercial Bank Public Co., Ltd. cheque via registered postal mail.

Note:
Preferred method for receiving redemption proceeds will be indicated on the Fund Account Opening Form
4. Receive copy of redemption order from SCBAM or Selling Agent.
 

Placing An Order to Switch Unit Trusts

Procedures for the Switching of Unit Trusts
1. Switching between funds under the management of the same investment management company.
Individual • Fill out Fund Switching Form
• Supporting documents: Copy of ID, Unitholder Certificate / Statement of Unit Trust Holdings (if any)
Juristic Person • Fill out Fund Switching Form
• Supporting documents: Registration of Juristic Person / Copy of ID of Director or Authorized Director / Power of Attorney (if any) / Unitholder Certificate / Statement of Unit Trust Holdings (if any)
2. Receive copy of fund switching order from SCBAM or Selling Agent.
 

Transfer of Units of RMF or LTF Funds

Transfer of Units of RMF or LTF Funds
1. Transfer of units to other investment management companies
Method Supporting Documents
• Contact the investment management company you intend to transfer units to and fill out an order to accept delivery of units to be transferred. Obtain a copy of that instruction to SCBAM to conduct the fund transfer. Copy of ID, Unitholder Certificate or Statement of Unit Trust Holdings (if any)
• Contact SCBAM and fill out the "Fund Switching Form", supported by the order form to accept delivery of units from the investment management company you are transferring units to.
2. Taking delivery of units transferred from another investment management company
Method Supporting Documents
• Contact SCBAM to fill out Fund Switching Form and obtain a copy to present to investment management company to conduct the outgoing transfer of units. Copy of ID, Unitholder Certificate / Statement of Unit Trust Holdings (if any)
• Contact investment management company for outgoing transfer of units and fill out a transfer order. Present a copy of the Fund Switching Form from SCBAM as supporting document.
Note:
In both cases, perform the necessary tasks at both the investment management company for outgoing transfer and the investment management company accepting delivery of units, on the same day.
